Damages and Issues
Here at AFC Wholesale, we take damages very seriously. Although we pride ourselves in having an impressive track record for providing top-quality products, we know that it can happen. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, here is what we can do for you, under the following conditions:
- All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Damages must be reported to wholesale@americanfarmcompany.com with photo evidence of damaged goods.

We will evaluate the situation and will be in contact with you about next steps which may include: returning the items, issuing store credit, or refunding you for the merchandise. 

Don’t forget that with all returns, original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Shipping 

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Iowa in an average of 7-10 Business Days. (this does not include shipping time)

Faster fulfillment may be requested to wholesale@americanfarmcompany.com and we will try to accommodate requests.
