Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
To start a return, please email wholesale@americanfarmcompany.com. Provide the order number, order details, and a brief explanation as to why you would like to return the items within your email.
Once a return has been approved, the customer has 14 days to return items to American Farm Company to receive store credit for the amount of the product's current pricing.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the items and must be in new, unused condition, free of odor and pet hair, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping fees unless the items have arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.
Returns can be made for Store Credit Only. Refund values will not include initial or return shipping costs.
Upon receiving returned items, American Farm Company reserves the right to deny the return if in fact the item does not meet our return criteria as described above. If denied, the customer can then decide if they would like to pay to have the denied items shipped back to them.
In circumstances not meeting any of the above guidelines, American Farm Company will work with the customer to reasonably handle the return/exchange situation.
