Wholesale Guidelines

WHOLESALE GUIDELINES

REQUIREMENTS

All AFC Wholesale items must be sold at the suggested MSRP or above.

Items sold may be marked down to sale pricing at your discretion after 60 days of original purchase.

Third party selling (ie; Amazon, Ebay, Poshmark, wholesale platforms etc…) is strictly prohibited.

MINIMUMS

All hard goods, pajamas, and slippers have a minimum of 4 per item.

All apparel has a minimum of 8 per style.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS

To start a return, please email wholesale@americanfarmcompany.com. Provide the order number, order details, and a brief explanation as to why you would like to return the items within your email.

Once a return has been approved, the customer has 14 days to return items to American Farm Company to receive store credit for the amount of the product's current pricing.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the items and must be in new, unused condition, free of odor and pet hair, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping fees unless the items have arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.

Returns can be made for Store Credit Only. Refund values will not include initial or return shipping costs.

Upon receiving returned items, American Farm Company reserves the right to deny the return if in fact the item does not meet our return criteria as described above. If denied, the customer can then decide if they would like to pay to have the denied items shipped back to them.

TERRITORY PROTECTION

Due to the amount of products offered and number of sales channels, American Farm Company Wholesale is not able to guarantee zip code or territory protection.

In the event that a yearly spend of an independent retailer exceeds $100,000/ location, American Farm Company Wholesale will review the possibility of territory protection as it relates to other independent retailers.

To be considered for territory protection, in addition to order volume, the retailer must also carry various categories of American Farm Companies product offerings.
